PIONEER COMPANIES PROGRAM
Pioneer Companies Program Terms
Eligibility, benefits, price protection, implementation support and optional recognition rules.
Program summary. Subscription scope, price, payment and service terms remain governed by the applicable SaaS agreement.
1. Eligibility
- The program is limited to the first 100 qualifying paying organizations.
- The organization must become a paying SONO SaaS customer and complete a paid subscription for at least five users.
- Purchases for fewer than five users do not qualify for Pioneer Company status.
- Starting the 7-day free trial does not reserve a Pioneer place. A place is secured only when a qualifying paid subscription is completed while a place remains among the first 100.
- Pioneer status belongs to the organization, not to individual users.
2. Pioneer numbering and availability
- After the requirements are completed, the organization receives the next available Pioneer number. Public display requires the organization’s separate permission.
- Any availability displayed on the website must be based only on confirmed qualifying paid Pioneer Company records.
3. Three-year price protection
- The applicable subscription pricing for the original contracted SaaS scope is protected for three years. Additional users, modules, services, usage, taxes, third-party charges and later scope changes are outside the protected scope unless the commercial agreement expressly states otherwise.
4. Program benefits
- Benefits include eight structured online educational sessions, four hours of private implementation guidance, weekly office hours, live onboarding support, priority support, early access to selected new AI capabilities and optional Pioneer Company recognition. Scheduling and availability remain subject to reasonable program arrangements.
5. 90-Day Go-Live Guarantee
- SONO supports the organization in reaching go-live within 90 days. This guarantee applies when the customer team participates actively, provides the necessary information and decisions on time, and maintains reasonable implementation progress. Customer-caused delays may affect the target date.
6. Recognition and feedback
- Pioneer Company status does not require the organization to provide testimonials, references, case studies, publicity or product feedback.
- Names, logos, success stories, images and quotations are published only with separate explicit permission. Permission may be withdrawn, subject to records that must be retained for legal or contractual purposes.
7. Subscription status
- If the paid subscription ends, ongoing program benefits may stop. The historical Pioneer number may be retained for record purposes; service access and termination are governed by the applicable SaaS agreement.
