Data Request Information
How individuals and authorised customer contacts can submit data-protection requests to SONO.
1. Who may submit
Individuals may submit requests concerning personal data for which SONO acts as controller. Where SONO processes data only for a customer, SONO ordinarily forwards or directs the request to that customer.
2. How to submit
Contact info@sonosoftware.com with the subject “Privacy Request”. Include your name, organisation, relationship to SONO, request type and enough information to locate relevant records. Written requests may also be sent to Sono Software FZE, Starcamp Global, DWTC, The Offices One, Office No. 01.03, Dubai, UAE.
3. Verification
SONO may request proportionate information to verify identity, authority and scope. Do not send passwords, full payment-card data or unnecessary sensitive documents.
4. Response
SONO responds within the period required by applicable law, subject to lawful limitations, identity verification and preservation of others’ rights. Required records may be retained despite deletion requests.
