2. Speaking up

Personnel and partners are encouraged to report suspected misconduct without retaliation through approved channels. Reports will be assessed fairly and confidentially to the extent practicable.

3. Application

This Code applies to SONO personnel and guides expectations for relevant suppliers and business partners. Confirmed violations may result in corrective or contractual action.
